The presented World Time Zones Chart gives modern idea of the zone time system.

It reflects the earth surface division into time zones, shows time zone limits on land and at sea, allows to determine the time in which a person is situated. Zone time numeration is indicated near the upper and the lower frames. Time zone limits extend from the upper to the lower frame through the continents and seas. The chart text gives the necessary concepts of the time zones system for the chart usage and time determination knowledge.

The chart will be of service to schoolchildren, students of specialized institutions, navigators, tourists, voyagers, organizations and all concerned.

The chart is issued in Ukrainian and English.

No. 3002 «Protected Areas and Objects in Ukrainian Waters of the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov»

«Protected Areas and Objects in Ukrainian Waters of the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov» is a reference chart reflecting the nature reserve fund of Ukraine within the coastline of the mainland, the Crimea Peninsula and territorial waters of Ukraine.

The chart is created in order to provide mariners with additional information concerning location of the areas and objects of the nature reserve fund of Ukraine in the waters of the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov as well as contribute to prevention of marine pollution and preservation of natural resources of the seas.

Protected areas and objects of international, national and local importance within the area of responsibility of Ukraine are shown on the chart at a scale of 1:900 000.

Content of the main chart is supplemented with inserts at a scale of 1:500 000 of areas having high density of protected areas and objects.

The chart is destined for a wide circle of users. It will be of special interest to the specialists whose work is related to use and preservation of natural resources of the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov.

The chart is issued in Ukrainian and English.

In order to familiarize a wide range of consumers with the products of the State Hydrographic Service of Ukraine as well as provide visual information on the overall geographic arrangement of cartographical load of charts, the site shows images of the official navigational charts.

All the cartographical images are scoping ones not suitable for use for navigational purposes. The SHSU does not bear responsibility if they are used for unintended purposes.
